Advipro is an independent specialist who supports leading pharmaceutical organisations. Our engineers support different projects on a daily basis in a high-tech environment in pharmaceutical companies in Flanders and the Netherlands. Job description:

• During a first intensive traineeship of a few weeks in our offices at Lille & Mechelen you come in contact with the do’s and don’ts in these high-tech industries.
• This traineeship will provide you with a broad mix of theory ( self-study of SOP’s and WI’s) and classical trainings.
• All trainings take place in our unique GxP Academy: Basic GMP, Basic Validation, Basic GDP, Basic Cleanroom behaviour, etc.
• During this period you will be coached and challenged by our consultants and Business Managers.
• Do you need additional trainings to sharpen your general and personal skills? We will bring you in touch with Project Management, Assertive communication, etc.
• Because of this training, we get to know you and your strengths and we can find your own first project!

Profile:

• You are the owner of this learning process: you take initiative and responsibility. You are a real go-getter!
• You are eager to learn, pick things up quickly and are open to feedback that will accelerate your growth process.
• You have a higher education in a technical or scientific education and a healthy technical drive.
• You are a problem solver and look at problems on an analytical way.
• You are only finished when everything is on point.
• You are fluent and communicative.
