MES Integration Lead

In this role…
- You provide guidance and support in the integration of equipment for Manufacturing Execution System (MES); Rockwell Pharmasuite, Siemens OpCenter, Emerson Syncade, Werum PAS-X.
- You analyse and solve technical issues related to MES system and/or interfaces.
- You work closely with the site team responsible for manufacturing equipment to provide technical guidance and support in the integration of equipment for MES.
- You coordinate and align within the global MES team and other IT teams as well as the client in order to ensure that all aspect of integration – Mechanical/ Electrical/ Software etc. are all incorporated into the MES Roadmap.
- You evaluate integration capabilities from the engineering leads.
- You manage activities of URS/FRS generation, software configuration/coding and general oversight to the MES software documentation practices.
- You assist with Computer Systems Validation (CSV) activities: Validation Plan, Risk Assessment, Protocols, Test Protocols, Change Requests etc.
Profile:
- You have strong experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), automation systems and have a background in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- You have experience with MES integration to other Applications (ERP, preferably SAP) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) systems/ Historians OSI PI.
- You have a thorough understanding of system cGMP requirements and demonstrable knowledge of computer system design and maintenance lifecycle in cGMP environments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required, with proven ability to communicate and build relationships cross-functionally.
- Precise, authentic, transparent, passionate, courageous, and responsible.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking. Able to solve and understand complex scientific/technical problems.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or German is a plus.
