Finance Administrator

As a Finance Administrator, you will manage, monitor and optimize the financial processes together with the Financial Controller. 

This is what you will do:

• You take ownership of the entire invoicing process, which includes the preparation, processing and entry of invoices.
• You carry out the necessary actions to achieve timely payment of the invoices issued.
• You also take ownership of the purchasing process: contacting suppliers, preparing order forms, entering the necessary outgoing payments, ...
• You give support in the smooth handling of the monthly closings.
• You prepare the corporate tax and VAT declarations.
• You help prepare the annual accounts.
• You think about process optimisations and digitalisation projects and you help elaborate these.
• You report directly to the Financial Controller.

This is you:

• You have encountered accountancy/finance somewhere and have the basics in this. You are also certainly welcome as a school leaver!
• You work very accurately and have an eye for detail.
• You have a critical eye and a hands-on attitude.
• You are stress resistant and do not get distracted by monthly deadlines.
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, both oral and written.
• You have knowledge of Exact Online or are willing to learn it quickly.
• You have an education in accountancy. You are also definitely welcome as a school leaver!
