Field Sales Director

As Field Sales Director at Advipro, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base within the life sciences sector. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening our market position.

Functieomschrijving:

  • You develop and implement strategies to further build Advipro's sales organization.
  • You represent the sales department in the Advipro executive team and contribute to strategic decision making.
  • You increase the customer base within Big Pharma, SMEs, hospitals and the semiconductor industry (cleanrooms) among others.
  • You are willing to actively participate in sales and development activities in the field and maintain close cooperation with the marketing department.
  • You ensure that sales targets are set, met and exceeded.
  • You optimize and implement a KPIl tracking system to monitor and improve performance.
  • You analyze market trends, competition and unique selling propositions (USPs) and translate these insights into new projects and initiatives with a focus on Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • You coach, evaluate and expand the Advipro Sales Team to achieve team goals.
  • You collaborate with the Commercial Director of Normec Healthcare to align the Advipro approach with the overarching vision of Normec HC.
  • You maintain a smooth and professional communication style to the team and clients. You do not shy away from difficult conversations.

Profile:

  • You have at least 7 years of leadership experience within a commercial organization.
  • You have solid experience in building and mobilizing a sales and business development organization.
  • You have experience as a member of a leadership team
  • You have a broad network within the Belgian and Dutch pharma and life sciences sector at decision maker level.
  • You have hands-on experience in sales within the pharmaceutical sector, preferably with services.
  • Communication is your strength, whether consulting, convincing, informing or redirecting.
